How to calculate your Personal Year
Add your birth day, your birth month, and the current year, then reduce to a single digit. For example, born on the 14th of June, in 2026:
- Day: 1 + 4 = 5
- Month: 6
- Year: 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1
- Total: 5 + 6 + 1 = 12 → 1 + 2 = 3
So this person is in a Personal Year 3.
What each year is asking of you
A Personal Year 1 is a fresh start - plant seeds. A 5 brings change and movement. A 9 invites release and completion before the next cycle begins. None of them is "good" or "bad"; each simply asks something different of you.
