These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.atmaway.co (the "Site") and your purchase of our personalised numerology reports (the "Services") from Atmaway ("Atmaway", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By using the Site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Our Services

Atmaway prepares personalised numerology reports based on the date of birth (and, for certain reports, a partner's date of birth) that you provide. Each report is individually prepared and delivered to you as a PDF by email, together with a secure link to view it online.

3. Important: the nature of our reports

Our numerology reports are provided for personal interest, reflection and general guidance only. They are not professional advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. In particular, our reports do not constitute medical, psychological, health, legal, financial, investment or relationship advice. We make no representation or warranty that any insight, prediction or recommendation is accurate, reliable or will lead to any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, and you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making important decisions. You use our reports at your own discretion and risk.

4. Accounts

You can purchase as a guest or create an account. Account authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the Site in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when your payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Reports are digital and are typically prepared and delivered within a few business days of payment. We deliver to the email address you provide, so please make sure it (and your date of birth) are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery or errors caused by incorrect details. If you have not received your report, check your spam folder and then contact us.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Each report is a bespoke digital product prepared specifically for you.

• Consumers in the EU/UK: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content. However, by purchasing and asking us to begin preparing your report, you expressly request that we start before the end of the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery of the digital content has begun.
• Consumers in Australia: nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a report is faulty, not as described, or not delivered with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.
• Otherwise: because reports are personalised digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once we have begun preparing your report. If something has gone wrong, please contact us. We want you to be happy and will work with you in good faith.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our reports (including text, templates, designs, logos and the "Atmaway" name) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit our reports or other content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the Site's operation or security, scraping or harvesting data, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers (including Stripe, Clerk, Twilio SendGrid and Cloudflare) to deliver our Services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except for any guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude all implied warranties and conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any reasonable claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services, except to the extent caused by us.

13. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update the Site, Services and these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override.
